My money is not get refunded after receiving the meseege that is in 4 to 7 days the money will be refunded

We have ordered in swiggy 2 times thenafter the order payment did not succed then we got a messege from our bank that some money was spent 2 times then the swiggy's messege was delivered that wait 4 to 7 days the money will be refunded but there is nothing money refunded after 7 days. Plz help us we need our money back.
