They knowingly sold services to me knowing that my neighborhood was at 97% saturated, and that my internet would never really work right!! This is PER THEIR FIELD TECHNICIAN!! Now they wont even talk to me unless I pay them $450 for services AND EQUIPMENT I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED!!! Wondering if a law suit would hold them more accountable!! Surely Im not the first one!! User's recommendation: Have integrity.
