Defective Toner Cartridge

1

Bought a Genuine Xerox Toner through a reseller. Because it was more than 30 days old before it was used, and found to be defective, reseller would not replace. Contacted Xerox, because it was not bought directly from Xerox, they would not replace. Xerox manufactured a defective product, but they won't make it right. So what is the point in buying a genuine Xerox cartridge if they won't make it right. It shouldn't matter if you bought it from a reseller or Xerox. User's recommendation: Don't buy toner cartridges until they are completely empty. Paying extra to buy a genuine cartridge doesn't mean you are protected.
