Update by user Feb 27, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. We comprised on a subscription refund on services I purchased in January credited towards their re-bundled Brownstone Unlimited service. I'm sure lodging this review and a BBB complaint assisted. Took persistence on my part that it shouldn't have, but I'm content now. I'm confident I'll end up ahead on my investment..
