I've filed my taxes in February it's now July. I got a letter saying I need toverify identity . going online i couldn't verify myself.I kept getting hung up on the numerous times I've called Well after being on hold for 41/2 hours yesterday I called again today called and called finally got through to be on hold for 15 then I thought I was getting answered only to listen to the person supposed to be answering talking to her kids and husband for 19 min and 22. When she realized it had answered me I was switched to the higher the normal call volume and hung up on User's recommendation: Be prepared because we are just tax payers we dont matter.
