I called Telkom explaining to them that I did not have internet for the whole weekend and the self service platform had problems so I was unable to log a fault. instead of them investigating if the whole town had no internet I was told they can not assist me with refund for the days that I had no internet because the is no bulk complaints.even after I asked the to call people in the town who are using Telkom I was told that they can not do that
