Complaint about my Account being cancel

My account was being charged during COVID I went it an put it on freeze so I was told I will be credited for 4 months so I put my account on freeze from 4/15/21 to 7/15/21 so now I went it to unfreeze it so I can get my 4 months credit an was told it is canceled but no one can tell me who cancel it I did not I know it on freeze also I paid the 50 yearly fee so why would I cancel it I sign up at the youfit before they even open an this has to be resolved adap
