I just checked my prepaid balance and it says I have 2073mb data but I cant access internet hence it says my data has depleted. When trying to 081180 it responds with an SMS message that doesn't solve my problem. I need to speak to a consultant, kindly assist. My number is 081332****. User's recommendation: Make availibity of consultants/ agent telephonically so we can get relevant assistance.
