Update by user May 24, 2021 Well, even though they said they would refund me 20% of the loss I have suffered due to their policies, they have now refunded me 15%. I placed my original order at the first of April and have still not received the last item in my order. I will never do business with them again, I will not be giving them a positive review, in fact I will dissuade potential customers from doing business with JustFashionNow. Original review posted by user Apr 24, 2021 Their communication level is close to zero. Part of my order arrived, I would like to return 3 out of 4 garments, too small, thin fabric, poor quality. After I contacted them, they replied that they would refund 15% of the price of the goods because I would have to return the items to China (I checked, it would cost me $26), it takes a long time to return to China and by taking the refund I could use that money to buy fabric to alter the ill-fitting clothes. Are you kidding me? These products are junk. If I had been in a store and had seen these garments, I would never have purchased them in the first place. User's recommendation: Don't do business with them!
