I purchased more than $100 worth of merchandise, mostly blouses. The items FINALLY arrived about 2 months after I ordered....in a very small tyvek envelope. I should have known then that I was in trouble. I am a REAL AMERICAN 3x woman, not Asian. All of the blouses that were marked 3x...were smaller than a SMALL size in America. The fabric was filmsy, cheap, and poorly manufactured. I didn't even have to put them on to know the blouses would not fit. (I still have not received a dress over now 3 months ago.) When I contacted them for return options...most of the items were "not returnable" (see fine print). They said they would give me 10% back and I could keep everything and "alter" them! Alter them into pillowcases? I said I would mail everything back....and I got a mailing label for CHINA!!! Not somewhere in the USA! Of course, I knew that shipping even that little package would be more than I wanted pay. Oh, by the way, they offered me another 25% refund...On what? $25 of merchandise that didn't have fine print attached? Guess what country I am sticking to for clothing???? USA User's recommendation: Know where the products are REALLY coming from.
