I was treated very badly. Instead of trying to help and resolve they cut communication with me.
I won a ticket/voucher on their company website which in the closing was not able to apply. I spoke with chat agent on the phone and she was denying such an WIN coupon exists. This happened actually twice with the same coupon and with the same agent. For the first time I was demanding an explanation, I advised them to consult with their webmaster and instead they cut me off. Even my subsequent e-mail did not go through. That was back in Febr. 11th '21. And last night the same situation occured, the same coupon poped out and the same rep. was on the chat with me. All the time she was denying that such a coupon exists on their website. She said It could be error, it could be bug, and in the end she admited that she knew about it but it was not for any order only for "normal items". Anyway she disconected our communication, erased recorded part of it and disallowed me to contact them back again. I sent e-mail, only the first e-mail went through, and subsequent just came back to me. Of course they don't have telephone service. No supervisor, nothing. I think it is because they are out of the USA. They are in Hong Kong. So of course they have different rules. User's recommendation: It doesn't pay off to deal with people like this. They are probably trained to lie and twist around so as not to give discount as promised. Spent a lots of time and effort for Nothing. As for my part I don't have nerves to deal with unreliable people.
