Reserved Parking Issue

Greetings. My Name is Jeremiah. On the day I contacted TA "Pissed Consumer" a TA counter service member refused to rent a parking space. I waited for next to one until a user left then retrumed to TA with a rental fee. The space was empty. The service person would not say whether or not she kept a parking time record and repeatedly stated other drivers were authorized to reserve spaces until each space was unoccupied. The service member continued to argue and provide incorrect answers.
