Poor Service and delivery Time and Expensive Delivery fees

My Order took 21 Days to process and send out for delivery, In Stock Item that I Payed premium Delivery fees for . I called about the Order after waiting 16 Days to find out the problem with delivery and was told it was being processed in Warehouse . I then told customer service to Cancel Order, and they told me it was too late to cancel but still took another 7 Days for item to be sent. out Out for delivery User's recommendation: Poor Customer service and Delivery time service for a In Stock Product.
