Me and my family had positive Covid test few days before flight. Kayak said they have to forward an email to their colleague. Its been 7 days and the same email is still waiting on a reply. Kayak will not reschedule my flight as they say there waiting on the airline. The airline is willing to do 3 way calling to help me as airline says the travel agent has locked out the screen to make change. I said travel agent is waiting on airline which is willing to talk with kayak. The airline has travel agent option in the customer service number. Kayak still says theyre waiting on the airline and cant do anything until they get reply. Kayak said my ticket is no value and kayak will try to reschedule if airline says its ok. Kayak also took over 10 days to work on misspelling of my name still did not correct. Same excuse. Waiting on reply from airline. The airline changed it on their end so when I reached the airport terminal everything matched and kayak is nightmare. Kayak is still waiting on airline so they say. Terrible, crooks User's recommendation: Never.
