My flight was cancelled
I've been trying to reach Kayak via their customer service line but they've not been answering. I was told at the checking point for my flight that I won't be able to fly with US B1/B2 visa via bristish airline that was booked for me through Kayak because of covid 19 restraints. I've been asked to inform Kayak to cancel the flight before 10:55pm which is the take off time for the flight and book me on another flight. I sent them an email to state my plight but it wasn't delivered. I'm unable to leave the country now and I need to know the next line of action. Will appreciate if this can be treated as urgent.
