Initially made a reservation for a Cargo Van with unlimited mileage for a period of 24 hours through Kayak/Priceline Canada. Upon arriving at the rental counter, the front desk attendant informed me that the said Cargo Van did not include unlimited mileage and the fee to book the vehicle was going to be $158.60 in addition of what was advertised upon making the reservation. (Attached pictures clearly stating that the booking was for unlimited mileage). Upon the return of the vehicle, I tried contacting the customer service for the three subsidiaries: Routes, Kayak and Priceline. Contacting all three proved to be a nightmare trying to get a hold of a person to assist me. Everyone kept on transferring me to another department and so on. I still have no idea why it is still stated on their website that the Cargo Vans include unlimited kilometers when in fact that's completely false. These companies' policies seem to be deceitful and incorrectly stated. Would highly suggest anyone looking to book through Priceline, Kayak or Routes to find other alternatives. User's recommendation: Would highly discourage other customers to avoid at all cost.
