Memberships status

Member # 2002**** Have been a member since 7/2000 . I have moved to a new address and my email is different . My old email was phelps330@***.net. My old address was 330 Fountainmist Tr Lawrenceville, Ga30043. The above email is my new email and my new address is 5422 Jesse Small Rd randleman nc 27317. I have not received any correspondence for very long time and i am a life time member. I would appreciate some verification of my status
