They also apologized. Original review posted by user Mar 16, 2021 We ordered 4 of the 14 oz rib eye steaks via Amazon for a special occasion. NEVER AGAIN! The steaks, for $33/pound, were horrible. Full of grizzle and an embarrassing meal to serve to our dinner guests. I contacted Roadhouse online and the kindly offered me 50% off my next order..... really? There are too many other websites where I can order meat that is good to eat. Buyer beware! Order # 4392 User's recommendation: Don't order steaks online.
