Handicap parking spots not plowed out

2 handicap parking spots were not cleared of snow and could not be parked in. I am a amputee and don't appreciate when I brought it up to the manager and was told it would be taken care of and when I went back 5 days later it still wasn't taken care of. I would like someone to reach out to me and tell me what is going to be done about this. I have pictures also. thank you. Jeff Boice 914388****
