I have requested foodpanda and report to them about one missing item in my order from Macdonalds via foodpanda yesterday. Until now there are no responses from anyone from Customer service dept. I am wondering whether does the CS consists of humans or robots? It is more than 24 hours already since the time I sent them both through the app and email. User's recommendation: Do not use foodpanda for those orders above $30.
