Rider cancelled my order

Can i get my money back as rider cancelled my order and i didnt get my food but the money got deducted. I didnt receive any call or message from them and they cancelled my order. I talked to the help centre yesterday and they said they will contact me in 2-3 hours but i didnt receive any calls from them. My order number is #a2pm-igid. I would appreciate if you return back my money as they cancelled the order.
