Original review updated by user May 17, 2021 I ordered items at 4:50 pm and tho it showed as delivered it never came. When contacted the support, they kept saying someone will call me back in 30 mins, only for it to drag on till 7 pm. They couldn't even show me proof of the photo that the items were indeed delivered to my door. When I reached out again at 7:30 pm via email, first they claimed they will refund me asking for which option I want to choose and next they reply saying they wont be refunding me. Simply just like that. I have no idea where my items went and they did not even give me any proof that the items were indeed delivered to my address. One of the worst service ever.
