My cell phone was stolen by an emplyee

Cell phone was stolen by employee on July 31st a Saturday. Still no call back response. Have talked to 2 supervisors and your Customer Service on Monday Aug 2nd still no call back in regards to theft of my cell phone by bus boy who cleaned table. Cameras were supposed to be pulled on that Saturday & Sunday have never heard a word back.
