I purchased a vehicle at first I just had liability i switched to full coverage and wanted the policy changed from monthly to ever 6 months I went to my agent office signed paperwork i paid what he told me needed to be paid to pay the policy 6 months now I find out he never changed the policy and I'm not paid up until August he told me he would send the new billing cycle information to me and never did and I think the policy canceled so it cost me even more money that I don't have I live on total disability and am single so I can't pay anymore until August I did what I was told Lashea hutchings User's recommendation: never use my previous agent.
