We rec'd a letter that we were prequalified, but ROCKET missed 1 lie, so loan was suddenly denied just 3 days before closing, we lost deposit.I will be in court to get $$$ back from Rocket! They are a bulk processing loan preapproval company. Their response was yep WE WERE WRONG HERE IS YOUR $500 BACK! OK Then they said : " well about the loss of your deposit on the home offer that was excepted sorry, ! " So I will be seeing them in court! They were not open to discussing their responsibility for my loss of the deposit DUE TO THEIR ERROR! Their own EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THAT ROCKET JUST {PROCESSES A QUICK APPROVAL LETTER FOR $500! N MOVES ON! STAY AWAY! User's recommendation: STAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY Clear.
