Our bankruptcy was to be settled August of last year and we get a bill from Rocket Mortgage that a payment was missed last Oct. even though we have proof that payment was made. Since then we have been harrassed with robocalls regarding delinquent payments and a conflict of what the amount owed actually is. They even returned a payment stating it wasn't the right amount even though that was the amount owed. It has been very frustrating and I have depressed moods and anxiety that I take medication for and they have caused me to have sleepless nights and nightmares. User's recommendation: Run from them as fast as you can, and tell your neighbors to stay away.
