E mail change

Hello TimeBucks team. I am Isiely from Brazil. I joined Timebucks this week but there was a typing error in my email address IT IS: raolicda@***.com instead of raolicida@***.com. That is why I never verify my account, I tried to change it in my profile page. It didn't work and now I don´t Know why my account is not opening... There is a mensage: Can not connect right now. I would like to Know what happens, I did something wrong? Or is it just because of the email address mistake? Is it possible to correct it?
