I purchased the B276 model water cooler Bottom loading dispenser less than 1 year ago. it works fine for a couple months and then the pump stops working. I call the company and they trouble shoot over the phone, but it never starts working again. so they send me a new one under the warranty. I am on my 5th unit in 11 months. the broken ones are in my garage because they contain the coolant and I won't put them in the landfill.
