Ever since Sparkletts was bought by Primo my water deliveries are CONSTANTLY missed. Then my missed delivery is rescheduled but that delivery is also missed. All customer service can do is apologize but those idiots behind the scenes are sitting in the air conditioned offices and screwing around the paying customers.
