So I got the best heat blanket i have ever owned for Christmas, absolutely loved it. I have chronic pain and this thing literally helps me . The 2 dials went up to 10. Well it barely worked for 1 month. However the replacement process has veen pretty smooth but im super disappointed that i dont get the same type blanket. I just hope the new one they are sending gets just as hot. But the operator on both calls was super nice
