I returned 5 Juul pens a few months ago. of the 5 only 2 were replaced. I was told to register the other 3 on the Juul website. The pens were already registered and for no apparent reason they were not replaced with the others. I think its time to consider another system since the pens are not lasting and the company does not honor their warranty. By the way since the pens were already registered you cant re-register them!! Not happy it took a phone call for them to send out the 2 and the other 3 well no reason they werent replaced too! User's recommendation: Consider another system.
