Carpet installation

1. Sales representative lied about the company would move the furniture at no cost to us. Come to find out 3 days before installation that NFD charges to move each piece of furniture by weight. 2. Company will not stand behind the statements of the sales representative. 3 Worst customer service EVER! User's recommendation: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

》 Deposit money was not returned even though the salesman told me I had three days to cancel if I decided to change my mind. I canceled in two days.
