Frustrated & want those hours back!!

Purchased a headphone set for hubby so he doesn't have to have the TV volume on 50+. Received the headphones/charging base on a Sat., got it set up and low &;;;;;;;;;; behold...it doesn't work. No CS available until Monday @ 9am EST. Called at 9:06am. Waited 47 mins to have my called answered & was disconnected. Immediately called back & it took another 58 minutes to get through. Asked for to have the return button on my order enabled, & the CS rep said "we're sending you a new one ASAP". Against my better judgement, I agreed. I'm awaiting receipt & will be back to advise if a) it works & b) I spend another 105 minutes trying to turn the product!
