I will not give my payment information over the phone as I had major fraud this year that involved FBI. You need to post when your maintenance will be done so customers can figure out what to do or you need to extend due dates because this is not the consumer's fault. For some reason, all the bills I need to pay are under "site maintenance." I am not sure what your problem is but at least So Cal Gas does not charge a late fee. If you want your money then you need to provide other ways than "giving your payment information over the phone." This is ridiculous!
