Power surge

My garage door was down and broken due to the power surge, last Wednesday7/21/21 night. My address is 744 w25th st San Pedro ca. I have a bill of $170.00 to fix the garage door on the very next day, due to urgency and safety for the household. Please let me know how to proceed this claim. Thank you
