Worst cruise on Elations

Cruise in May 2019 we booked a cabin for 4 people I room sleep two they tried to put a rollaway bed for two adults we paid for a window they gave his a room with no window. No one wanted to accommodate us we wait three hours I can cooperate they offer a 100 we didn’t except the worst cruise dirty the rooms not very clean the boat rocking a lot never again
