I called to push back my cruise date and Carnival took the money out of my checking account $1031.90, leaving my account -645 in the whole. I did not authorize them to take that money out of my account. I have been on several cruises and I usually call and push the date out if something comes up but I have always had to option to make a payment or not. I do not appreciate them taking money out of my account without my permission.
