No money on my card it’s been days

I bought card no money and no one will help hours on hold and nothing. I talked to merchant they say nothing that they can do to call and more holding for absolutely nothing but waste of time. I know it seems impossible but I am a very reasonable , intelligent, capable person and nothing. User's recommendation: Don’t buy ever.
