My son and I have had numerous phone conversations with the manager of Crunch Fitness in Middletown, NY, for to receive a refund for February2021 in the amount of $24.95 as his account membership was suspended; and he did not use this facility at all as he went away to college. Was told it was going to be refunded but to date (4/12/21) it has not. Every time we follow-up we have to go through the same scenario and last time were told it has to get submitted to their main office out West or something or other and to allow a few weeks and they will authorize the refund. He has not received the $24.95 credit. User's recommendation: Get everything in writing as their word is not too effective!
