Tried to return defective rifle scope

Bought scope around 2011 online, but didn't have rifle till 2020. Installed scope would not adjust. Since lifetime warranty I tried to return for repair or replacement. I lost my receipt when my computer crashed, so even though I had all the shipping labels, boxes, barcodes, etc and told them where to find where I bought it in their system, they said they no longer have that system so couldn't help me. Do not use Barska unless you print and save receipt somewhere that is permanent. User's recommendation: Do not use Barska unless you print and permanently save receipt.
