My husband went to the HoneyBaked Ham store in Greensboro NC a couple of weeks before Christmas to purchase their Chocolate Rum Cake .Back at home-the same day- discovered the product was beyond the Sell By date. Husband took it back and they tried to talk him in to keeping it- when he refused- they rang up a return and told him his debit card would be credited. Per our bank- they should have given him cash at that time- many emails to Customer Service- got nowhere.- the manager says my husband received a credit- he did not- they kept our cash. User's recommendation: Check the sell by dates and get cash money back for debit purchases.
