I have ordered from this company before but due to Covid, refrained for the last two years. Placed an order via phone, was told all was in stock and would ship in 7-10 Don't days. It's now been 14 days. Also, after the CSR took my order, I asked for the confirmation number and was told that the order could not be placed because the computer was down but call back in an hour which I did and was hung up on. I have no idea if they ever got the order or if I am ever going to get it. User's recommendation: Don't buy the VIP program.
