Dear Sirius xm customer support, I have an issue were I try to call Sirius xm support they refuse to help me restore my lifetime radio subscription to my sirius xm account I bought 20 years ago and I need help restoring I do not have the radio anymore. Please make an exception I have a previous case number Incident: 210726-****03. Please add the lifetime subscription to this esn number ESN/Radio ID: 0352********. Disclaimer I do not have the radio id or any documentation I wasted 4 hours of my life with sirius xm customer support they were hopeless and rude an couldn't really help or resolve my issue.
