I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with SiriusXM. We have been a customer for several years. I personally am a customer. We pay by credit card. They make it virtually impossible to cancel service. Also, I cannot remove my credit card information from their website! They make you talk with someone on the phone for some reason? But never answer. We waited 1 hour 2 different times. User's recommendation: Do not use.
