Poor customer service and no integrity
Been customer for 22 years. Offered upgrade but when I called to get details, they did not tell me it expired in two days. I visited the store to see the product, and they verified the offer but did not have the phone I wanted in stock. Said they could not place order for me and that it had to be placed online. They did not tell me it expired the next day. I tried to place order a few days later, and it was no longer available. Have spent 3 hours online but on hold to try to get this resolved. They will not honor the offer. Yet they would let me trade in a junk phone with a new line and get the phone for free. User's recommendation: Don’t use sprint or now t mobile.
