Rotten service, billing

Ive called several times and many hours on the phone with them to sort out my bill. Each time I have to explain the situation and they have to read through all the notes. The store I purchased the phone from verified everything but my bill is still wrong. This company has idiots in the service department and have no idea what they are doing. Nightmare to deal with. Dont go here for any business. User's recommendation: Never shop at TMobile.
