On July 14, 2021, at 12 noon at store number 0276 Chapel Hill Rd Douglasville Ga 30135. The groomer Katelyn was disrespectful towards me and my pet. This is the second time staff have spoken to me unprofessionally. She even slam appointment papers on the counter at the location and just was being very rude. User's recommendation: Please do not bring pet here they mistreat pets.
