Horrible wait time and customer service

If BikeBerry would have been more forthright with their available stock when I ordered the bike motor kit March 4th, I would have ordered a different kit. Now here it is almost two months later and I still haven't received the entire kit. What parts I was sent were mostly incorrect, missing and or damaged parts. Those parts are sitting in a box unable to be used because I'm still waiting on the 3rd corrected shipping with the mounting parts. On top of all that their customer service is lacking in response time and explanations. I ordered a different motor kit from their competitors for my spouse's bike without any major issues. I would not recommend Bikeberry. Who in management can I speak to about this? At this point I want a refund. User's recommendation: Buyer Beware.
