I've purchased clothes from Bean since I was in college. Never had an issue until now. I bought a raincoat that had the flimsiest zipper. But I needed it and so I kept it. A few months later the zipper broke. I sent it back. I did not hear from LL Bean so I called after tracking my package and seeing it was received over a month ago. I spoke with the rudest idiot in the Returns Dept who denied my return cuz I had worn the coat.nDo User's recommendation: Do not shop here any more. They are dishonest.
