Terrible communications

2.5 hours thus far trying to get my card info updated. Horrible communication (ironic for a telecom company). They insist the card is invalid, but the bank verifies it is active, and in fact they posted two 15 cent payments. I am literally wasting 2.5 hours of my time trying to deal with this, and I am still on hold!! User's recommendation: FInd another vendor.
